At Orvicks, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and transparently. Please review our shipping process, delivery timeframes and policies below.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom & Ierland.
- All orders include free standard tracked shipping, no hidden fees or extra charges.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing includes order verification, quality inspection and packaging.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3. Delivery Time
- Once your order is processed, delivery takes an estimated 6–10 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions or seasonal peaks.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress
- All Orvicks orders are shipped with trackable services for your peace of mind.
5. Change of Address
- If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@orvicks.com.
- We will do our best to update your address before your order has been processed.
- Once an order is processed and handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee address changes.
6. Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@orvicks.com.
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a refund after delivery in line with our Return Policy.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Courier network disruptions
- Customs inspections or strikes
- Severe weather or public holidays
However, we will always do our best to keep you informed and ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
8. Risk & Responsibility
In accordance with UK & Irish consumer law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you once you (or your nominated recipient) physically receive the goods.
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
